Why choose a programme?

Each programme is personalised and tailored exactly to YOUR needs whether they be just weight loss or to address any medical issues.

You will work with myself as your nutritionist and be coached through a 12 week timeframe, personally structured to really boost your results and maximise your commitment.

You will be accountable either weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on which programme you choose.  This will encourage your commitment to make the necessary changes and enable you to achieve your desired results preventing the never-ending excuses of no time, kids, work or social events.

My programmes are not diets! They are a tool to start you on the path to healthier lifestyle changes where you will not only benefit from weight loss but also from the education and knowledge consistently provided to you so that you really understand the impact that negative dietary habits have on your body and your long-term health.

How does this work?

1. BOOK your FREE 20 minute consultation call with me.  From here we will decipher whether this is for you based on your personal goals.

2. COMMIT to a programme which is best suited to you.  The deciding factor for the choice of programme will be the level of support and health coaching you want or, which I feel you need. 

 

Prices start from £350 for 12-weeks and increase depending on frequency of health coaching support. At this point I ask for payment to be made upfront and in full. 

 

I always ask clients to take a moment here, to have a think about what they may spend on their exterior physique albeit, personal trainers, aesthetics or clothes and weigh up if it is worth doing similar for the inside of your body where the real magic happens and blooms to the outside, how your skin is, how you feel mentally, your energy, your digestion and most important your long term health.

3. KICK OFF with a 90 minute initial consultation either face to face (if local) or over Zoom.  Here we will identify current health concerns and personal goals, do a deep dive into medical and family history, assess current diet and lifestyle and begin to identify the root causes of any underlying issues or medical diagnoses. 

 

All I will ask prior to this is for a 3 day food diary, body measurements and your height and weight in order to conduct a body composition analysis and for you as a measure of your progress. Together we will negotiate a plan targeted directly to your goals and health concerns and let your journey commence.

4. BE COACHED by myself throughout the 12 week programme at a frequency of your choice, monthly, fortnightly or weekly.  Coaching is usually between 30 and 60 minutes per session.  This is where I will provide you first class coaching tools for motivation, educate you about what different foods do to your body, recipes directed at your goals, shopping lists and a chance to discuss any challenges.

I offer 3 tiers to my programmes. The Kickstart Programme offers monthly contact over the 12 weeks. The Boost Programme offers fortnightly contact and my Ultimate Programme gives weekly contact so you can continually connect for absolute reassurance and support.

I may offer supplements and functional testing to further enhance your progression however, these are entirely optional and are charged additionally to the programmes.
