I was given nutritional advice, along with explanations of any benefits I was to experience. One of the biggest impacts was to find that I was dairy intolerant! Feeling thankful, I am so grateful that I came across Jennie and arranged an initial consultation. At the time I was feeling really low, struggling with my weight, suffering from constipation, a poor sleeping pattern and generally feeling very fatigued, unfit and unhealthy! Jennie gave me excellent Nutrition advice and continues to do so as I work with her further on my journey to a happier, healthier new me!
I have been on every diet under the sun but always put back on as I reverted to old ways of eating, never getting to the root cause of my health issues! I am still learning but thanks to the advice and info from Jennie, I have lost a stone in weight, having never gone hungry and avoiding the spikes which used to cause an urge to overeat! I feel so much better in myself in more ways than just weight loss, no longer needing medication for constipation, sleeping better and finding more energy than before!

"my consultant was gob smacked!"
Had to tell you this.... so as you know I've had some growths needing to be removed and have been regular cancer checks..... went again today and the consultant was gob smacked, I growth still there but not changed in size, two completely gone and another shrank to a tiny size. Which means that I don't need the operation!!! She was that gob smacked she asked what I had been doing differently and the only thing I could think of was cutting out as much processed food as possible. Told her and she said that whilst we will never know, it's possible it's effected the results. She said she was gobsmacked at the difference from when she first saw me.

Ah jenni, thank you! I'm ecstatic, I think after nearly loosing my life the last time I wanted to try and heal from the inside. I firmly believe that you started me on this path, and have encouraged me all the way. It cements everything you have taught me. If you ever want to use this how you see fit please do. Without you I may not have had quite the same results. I wish you could have been there when she was scanning me, she checked my ovaries and told me that they were something everyone of her students should see, as they had improved and were completely healthy.
